Finding Time and Non-Negotiables
Where does the time go? I wonder this myself a lot. I have so much to do in one day I often wonder that very thing. Let me show you part of my day.
Alarm goes off at 6:00 am. get the coffee going and get my mind right by reading some scripture, journaling, making sure Daisy is up and running. Start cleaning the rest area 7:30 am. Back home and breakfast at 9:00 am. Then it focus on my school and Daisy’s school. Work on my business for coaching. Work on my fitness and classes I teach live. Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays I have classes at 6:00 pm. Tuesdays and Thursday I have meetings around 7:00 pm. Evening time I use for live videos and blogging for the day. Weekends I take Daisy to her job after I get done cleaning and clean my other jobs.
In the middle of all this I also find time to train my Service Dog. So he is ready for Public Access. It’s a vicious cycle each day. So to keep up with all of this I use a calendar. Which is vital. I also get in my 2 different devotionals also.
Why do I tell you all this? Because regardless of all this on my agenda each day, fitness and nutrition is a must. These are non-negotiables. Why? Because it’s vital to have good health to maintain my lifestyle.
I hear this all the time. “I don’t have time!” I have to always reply bull. This is one of those things that I have a hard time tolerating, because of everything I know I can do. That’s when I have to step back and realize, that not everyone is like me. Then I am looking in the mirror going you know better than to do that. You never know what is going on in someones else’s life. So I give myself my own self check.
